Uefa Charges England Over U21s Racism Row
Uefa takes action over alleged monkey chants and scuffles at the England under-21 match in Serbia on Tuesday night.

Uefa has begun disciplinary proceedings against the Football Association and the Serbian FA over scuffles after the England under-21 match in Krusevac on Tuesday.

Both associations have been charged over the behaviour of their players at the end of the stormy encounter, which saw scuffles on the pitch after the final whistle.

The Serbian FA has also been charged with alleged racist chanting by fans during the game.

In a statement, Uefa said: "Uefa has opened disciplinary proceedings against both the Football Association of Serbia (FSS) and England's Football Association (FA) following a number of incidents during and after England's 1-0 win over Serbia in the 2013 UEFA European Under-21 Championship play-off second leg at the Mladost stadium in Krusevac on Tuesday 16 October 2012.

"Regarding alleged racist chanting, Uefa will instigate proceedings against the FSS over the misconduct of their supporters during and at the end of the match.

"Proceedings will also be instigated against the FSS for the improper conduct of the Serbia players at the end of the match.

"Uefa will also commence proceedings against the FA for the improper conduct of the England players at the end of the match.

"These cases will be discussed on the occasion of the next ordinary hearing of the Uefa Control & Disciplinary Body on Novmber 22."

It comes after Fifa president Sepp Blatter called for discrimination to be "eradicated" from football following apparent monkey chants by Serbian fans during the game.

He tweeted: "Saddened every time I hear about racist incidents in football."

The Serbian FA has denied the allegations of racist chanting during the playoff, which England won 1-0 to go through to the European Championship finals next year.

It claims England player Danny Rose behaved in a "vulgar" manner towards its supporters. Rose was sent off after the match was over when he kicked a ball into the crowd.

Monkey chants are clearly audible in the amateur footage of the scuffles that broke out following England's winning goal.

Rose told Sky Sports News: "I remember getting slapped twice and then I got ushered away. That's when I kicked the ball and the referee's sent me off.

"As I was walking off there was monkey chanting - but the monkey chanting started long before I got sent off."

There were also reports of stones, coins and seats being thrown at England's players.

FA general secretary Alex Horne said: "We call on Uefa to take the strongest possible action against the Serbian FA, their supporters and anyone found guilty of being involved in the numerous instances of violence and abuse."

Tim Marshall  the self conceited , a monument to hubris and arrogance, is the one that needs to come of age; not the Serbian nationalists. Tim Marshall can not tell the difference between a baboon, mandril, orangutan, chimp and a human. Every time the Braga team scores ( full of negers) the negers hug and congregate on the side of the turf, do a jig, prance like a baboon on heat and open and show their mandibles. Monkey do , monkey does. This types of cultural expression, primitive, dumb and ugly has no place in Europe. Tim Marshal might be feeling nostalgia about his ancestros ?  As for " Sir Alec Fergusson", he is a misguided sell out , racial traitor who has no qualms of consorting and bedding down with negroes, blacks, colored and meztizos. His antics and escapade in Cape town in 2001 with a colored girl, of his grandaughter's  ager  his age is well recorded. He had to pay a handsome amount in Pounds Sterling to the " cheated husband" and parents of the colored girl  . Sir alec has taken it upon himslef to spearhead the " struggle against Racism-fascism-Xenophobia". One wonders what motivates Sir alec to have such an angst against his own race ?  In the Suares- neger Evra altercation on charges of racism against suares , Sir Alec brought out his big Bertha guns and fired salvo after salvo against the hapless suares for his racist outbursts against the neger. Between Sir alec, a race traitor, a rodent at the helm of the FA, and a neger from Cote D'ivoire, they demonized the luckless South american and almost managed to send him to exile. Footbal is being overrun by negers from Africa. An incredible and potent force for changing the demographics of a country. Nothing should irritate and offend more the sensibilities of a European youth at witnessing non european sportsmen being worshipped by european youth.

The monkey chants are now becoming monkeys growl on the field. There is a new monkey episode this time involving a referre,  His name is clatter berg, his background is chosen. The chosen clatter berg is accused of  " using inappropriate language against two black players". Or alternately " having uttered racist remarks" .  The fa , under the baton of a chosenite, will launch an investigations.  Clatter bug can sleep in peace, his colleagues in the fa will definitely dismiss the black players accusations. The black players should start to understand that the race card can be played effectively when it's played against whites. But if they try their monkey antics with some talmudist or other, they go nowhere.
